Different Types of Flat Roofs
Autograph flat roof Built Up Roof: A built up roof system is one of the most reliable ways of protecting your flat deck. A fiber glass membrane is installed on the flat deck. Hot tar is poured onto the deck and is ballasted by a layer of river stone.
Flat Roof Autograph Modified: Modified roofing is an asphalt-based product designed for low-slope or flat roof structures. There are two types of systems; torch down systems and new peal and stick systems. Torch down systems require torching the adhesive as the material is rolled onto the roof deck. Peal and stick systems are safer and easier to install. Designer colors are available for customers that would like to match or compliment their structure.
Autograph RooferRubber Membrane: EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) is a rubber product that resembles an inner tube. It has lasting qualities and can be anchored with fasteners, or ballasted with stone, or glued. It also quite durable and will often require minimum repairs and maintenance.
